Self-Care!
Self-Care

Finals are coming up very soon, which is undoubtedly one of the most stressful times of the school year. However, it is still important that we all take time to take care of ourselves first. Though it is easy to forget to do so, there are many small simple things you can do every day to make sure you are prioritizing your mental health!
A fun way to make studying for finals merrier is to form study groups with your best friends after school for a few hours. You can listen to Christmas music together and bake homemade cookies that will be ready to eat after you study! Hang up your Christmas decorations together in your matching pajamas. There are also many sales during the holiday season so pick up a Winter Candy Apple Candle from Bath & Body Works. Take advantage of the outdoor skating rink down at Central Park in San Mateo!
The weeks leading up to Winter break can be overwhelming, but you will definitely get through it. Just live in the moment and regardless of the outcome of your finals, know that your grades do not define you or your worth.
